TERMS AND CONDITIONS / TICKET PURCHASE TERMS
OffTheGrid LA | offthegrid-la.com
Effective date: September 15, 2026
1. Business identity and scope
These terms apply to offthegrid-la.com and OffTheGrid LA event purchases. The business owner is Levi James Bearman. Our business address is 9023 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90035, United States. This is a business correspondence address, not the location of an event unless expressly stated in that event's listing. Customer support and written inquiries: contact@offthegrid-la.com.
These terms describe purchases of admission to our Los Angeles events and permitted use of our website. The Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Delivery Policy forms part of the purchase terms when made available before checkout. Our Privacy Policy separately explains personal information practices. An event listing may specify additional details such as age restrictions, entry windows, or ticket inclusions. These details form part of the information you should review before purchase and cannot remove nonwaivable rights.
2. Event descriptions and ticket inclusions
Before purchasing, review the event name, date, venue, doors time, start and end time, admission age, ticket type, total price, and any disclosed restrictions. Times are local Los Angeles time, using Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time as applicable on the event date. Where an event ends after midnight, the listing should identify the next calendar date to avoid confusion.
A ticket covers only the admission and benefits expressly stated in its description. General brand language about fully loaded bars does not mean drinks are included, unlimited, or free. A ticket does not include travel, accommodation, parking, meals, reserved seating, backstage access, or a specific performer meet-and-greet unless the listing expressly includes it. Crowd-size descriptions describe the event concept and do not promise an exact attendance level at every hour.
3. Purchasers and admission eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering the purchase contract and authorized to use the selected payment method. Purchasing for a group does not remove each attendee's obligation to meet the event's disclosed admission requirements. Check any minimum age and identification requirements before ordering, including requirements relevant to an international visitor.
Check the admission age stated for the specific event before buying a ticket. Alcohol service is restricted to people legally eligible to receive it, including the applicable minimum age of 21 in California. Admission to an event does not guarantee alcohol service. Original identification may be checked by authorized staff. Accepted documents and any lawful venue-specific rules must be stated clearly. Do not assume that a photo of an ID, a foreign driving licence, or a digital document will be accepted without confirmation.
4. Prices and payment
Our ticket prices and charges are stated in United States dollars (USD). Advertised ticket prices include mandatory charges, except government-imposed amounts that may lawfully be shown separately. Any such amounts and any optional items you choose will be disclosed before payment. Optional extras are not added without your selection. The final checkout total identifies what you authorize us or the identified seller to charge.
Accepted payment methods are those actually displayed at checkout. Orders may require authentication or other reasonable fraud checks. An attempted payment or temporary authorization is not itself proof that a ticket has been issued. The seller and ticketing provider responsible for the transaction must be identified before payment. We will not charge a higher amount to correct a price error without your agreement; where an order cannot be honored, applicable refund rights remain available.
5. Order confirmation and delivery
Review the delivery method and timing in the purchase flow before completing your order. Supply an email address that you can access while traveling. Review the confirmation promptly and contact support about errors or missing tickets. Keep the order reference and ticket secure; do not post admission codes publicly. Any replacement or transfer must use the authorized process described in the Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Delivery Policy.
Where checkout is operated by another ticket seller, the listing will identify that seller and link its applicable terms. The seller's role does not remove responsibilities that OffTheGrid LA retains as organizer or contracting seller. A payment processor is not automatically the event organizer or the party responsible for delivering the event.
6. Entry, conduct, and access
Attendees must follow lawful and reasonably communicated venue rules and safety instructions. Prohibited conduct includes violence, harassment, unlawful discrimination, threats, property damage, and interference with staff or other attendees. Review any disclosed bag checks, prohibited-item rules, re-entry limits, or last-entry times before purchase. Restrictions are subject to applicable law.
Staff may refuse entry or remove a person for a genuine safety concern, unlawful conduct, an invalid ticket, or failure to meet disclosed admission requirements. This is not an unlimited right to deny purchased admission for any reason. Refund consequences depend on the facts, the disclosed policy, and applicable law. If we cannot provide purchased admission through our own error, the customer retains the remedies described in our refund policy and any statutory remedies.
7. Accessibility and assistance
Contact contact@offthegrid-la.com about accessible entry, accommodation needs, or difficulty using the website. Tell us the practical assistance requested; sensitive medical details are not needed for an initial inquiry. We will discuss available arrangements with the relevant venue and comply with applicable obligations. Advance notice can help planning, but failure to provide advance notice does not automatically remove a person's legal rights. Our policies do not remove legal protections for service animals or other protected accommodations.
8. Cancellations, postponements, and refunds
Our Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Delivery Policy explains cancellation refunds, rescheduling options, delivery failures, and customer-requested changes. It governs the procedures for seeking a refund and is available before purchase. We do not use these terms to impose a blanket exclusion of refunds in every circumstance. Credits or replacement events will not be substituted for a refund where the customer is entitled to money back and has not agreed to the alternative.
Events may be affected by venue issues, performer illness, emergencies, weather, or government restrictions. We will communicate confirmed material changes through the available order contact details and event page. Circumstances outside our control do not automatically extinguish an existing refund obligation. Changes to an advertised lineup or location will be assessed against what was sold, the significance of the change, and applicable consumer protections.
9. Overseas purchasers
Visitors from outside the United States may purchase tickets to attend our Los Angeles events, subject to available lawful payment methods and the same disclosed admission conditions. We are selling local event admission, not a travel package, visa service, or guarantee of entry into the United States. Arrange and verify your own travel documents, accommodation, transport, and arrival timing before purchase.
Your bank or payment provider may convert USD into your account currency and apply its own charges. We do not set those exchange rates or issuer fees. Refunds are ordinarily issued in the original transaction currency through the original payment route. The resulting amount in your home currency may differ because of exchange rates or your provider's terms. This explanation does not limit any reimbursement we are legally required to make.
10. Website content and permitted use
Our name, website text, designs, and media belong to their respective rights holders. You may access the site and share public event links for lawful personal purposes. Do not impersonate the business, distribute counterfeit tickets, misuse personal information, interfere with the website, or reproduce protected material without permission or a lawful basis. Reporting a suspected error, accessibility problem, or security issue in good faith is welcome through the contact details above.
External links are provided for the relevant booking or informational purpose. Review the identity of the site you are using before providing payment or login information. We do not claim control over all external content, but this does not excuse misleading statements we make or responsibilities we have for services arranged on your behalf.
11. Event photography and recordings
An event may include photography or video where disclosed. Any intended promotional use of identifiable images will be addressed through appropriate notices and permissions for that event. These website terms do not create an unrestricted image release, a waiver of privacy rights, or permission to use an attendee's likeness in every future advertisement. Contact contact@offthegrid-la.com about an image concern and include enough information to locate the relevant material.
12. Responsibility and legal rights
Attendees should take reasonable care of themselves and their belongings and follow safety instructions. These terms do not release us from all responsibility for injuries, misconduct, or service failures. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded. No provision removes statutory consumer protections or requires a customer to waive rights that cannot be waived.
Any request involving travel expenses, consequential loss, or another claimed loss will be assessed under the facts and applicable law. We do not promise automatic reimbursement of every expense, but we do not use a broad disclaimer to pre-decide every claim. Customers may raise payment disputes or contact competent authorities without first surrendering those rights to us.
13. Disputes, applicable law, and changes
Please contact contact@offthegrid-la.com with the order reference and an explanation of a concern so we can attempt to resolve it. Informal contact is encouraged but is not a mandatory obstacle to exercising legal rights. California law governs these terms to the extent permitted, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that otherwise apply. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or exclusive California jurisdiction on every overseas customer.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining terms continue only to the extent legally permitted. Updated terms apply prospectively. The version disclosed and accepted for an order remains relevant to that purchase; a later website edit cannot retroactively remove accrued rights. Questions and notices can be sent to contact@offthegrid-la.com or to OffTheGrid LA at the business address above.
