1. About OffTheGrid LA

OffTheGrid LA organizes nightlife events in Los Angeles, California, with a focus on music, a lively crowd, and fully loaded bars. Our event concept includes 500-person nights. Each event listing explains the specific venue, scheduled times, available ticket types, and included benefits. The brand description does not promise an exact number of attendees at every event or imply that admission includes free or unlimited drinks.

Our website is offthegrid-la.com. The business owner is Levi James Bearman. If a particular ticket is sold by another seller, that seller's identity and role will be stated in the booking flow. A payment processor's name on a checkout page does not by itself identify the event organizer.

2. Business address

OffTheGrid LA

Attention: Levi James Bearman

9023 West Pico Boulevard

Los Angeles, California 90035

United States

This is our business address. It should not be used as the destination for an event unless the relevant event listing expressly identifies it as the venue. Verify the event location on the listing and confirmation before arranging transportation. Public office visits, ticket collection, and walk-in assistance are available only if specifically confirmed in advance; the display of a business address does not promise an open box office.

3. Email and written correspondence

For ticket support, refunds, privacy requests, accessibility questions, and general inquiries, email contact@offthegrid-la.com. Include the event name and order reference where relevant.

You may write to OffTheGrid LA, attention Levi James Bearman, at 9023 West Pico Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90035, United States. Mark the correspondence with the subject of your inquiry, such as ticket order, refund, privacy, accessibility, or business inquiry. Include a return address or another way for us to respond.

If your purchase confirmation identifies a seller's direct support channel, you may also use that channel for the relevant order. Check who sold the ticket so the inquiry reaches the correct party. Postal correspondence is not an emergency service or a guarantee of same-day assistance. No opening hours, response-time guarantee, or walk-in service is promised by this page.

4. Information to include in a ticket inquiry

For the quickest investigation, include the event name and date, your order reference if available, the purchaser email address, and a short description of the issue. If you are writing about a group order, identify which tickets are affected. A screenshot of an error can help, provided it does not reveal a complete admission code, card number, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

If the event is soon, clearly identify the event date in your inquiry. You may contact us even if you cannot locate the order reference; provide the other details you have. We may need reasonable verification before disclosing purchase information, resending a ticket to another address, or changing an attendee name. Do not provide unrelated identity documents simply to make an initial inquiry.

5. Missing confirmations and ticket access

Consult the delivery instructions supplied with your purchase for the method and expected timing of ticket delivery. If a confirmation does not arrive, check spam or junk folders and verify the email address entered during checkout. If the purchase flow provides an account or secure download area, check that location too. Contact us before buying again if you are unsure whether the first payment succeeded.

A bank may display a temporary authorization even where an order has not completed. We can investigate available order records and help distinguish a confirmed ticket from an unsuccessful attempt. If a delivery or system problem attributable to us prevents provision of the admission purchased, the remedies in our Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Delivery Policy remain available. Keep your ticket private and do not publish its QR code or barcode on social media.

6. Event locations, times, and changes

The event listing and official order communications are the starting point for the venue address, doors time, scheduled program, minimum admission age, and any last-entry rule. Event times are expressed in local Los Angeles time, which follows Pacific Standard Time or Pacific Daylight Time depending on the date. An event continuing after midnight may end on the following calendar day.

If you see conflicting information, contact us before relying on an unofficial repost. We will clarify confirmed material changes through the available purchaser contact details and relevant event page. A marketing image or old recap is not confirmation of a future lineup, venue, or date. An event that has not been announced is not an offer of tickets for sale.

7. Overseas visitors

Visitors from outside the United States are welcome to purchase tickets to attend our Los Angeles events, subject to lawful payment availability and the published admission conditions. Ticket prices are charged in USD. Your bank or payment provider may convert the charge into your account currency and apply its own fees. Contact that provider about its exchange rate or international transaction charges.

We do not provide visas, immigration advice, travel bookings, or accommodation through an ordinary event ticket. Verify your travel documents, itinerary, and independent bookings yourself. Before traveling, check the event date and venue and contact us about any unclear identification requirement. Do not assume an identity document accepted at home will necessarily meet the event's lawful entry or alcohol-service requirements. Please do not email a passport copy as part of a routine question.

8. Refunds, cancellations, and purchase changes

Write to contact@offthegrid-la.com for a refund or cancellation request and include the affected order details. The Refund, Cancellation & Ticket Delivery Policy explains our rules for canceled or postponed events, customer-requested changes, transfers, delivery problems, and billing errors. Read that policy together with the ticket description before purchase.

If you believe you were charged twice, tell us the amounts and dates without supplying full payment-card details. We will review the records and explain the next step. If a refund has been issued but is not visible in your account, ask for the available refund reference and check with your payment provider. You do not have to surrender a statutory remedy or payment-dispute right merely to ask us for help.

9. Admission, alcohol, and accessibility questions

Each attendee must meet the admission age and identification conditions disclosed for the specific event. The presence of a bar does not by itself mean every event has the same admission age. Alcohol service requires compliance with the applicable legal age and identification rules and remains subject to responsible service decisions. Unless the listing expressly includes drinks, bar purchases are separate from admission.

For accessibility assistance, email contact@offthegrid-la.com or use an assistance channel identified for the relevant event, if available. Explain the practical accommodation or information needed, such as accessible entry, seating arrangements, or help using a ticketing interface. We will discuss the request with the relevant venue where appropriate. Advance contact helps coordination, but legal rights are not automatically lost because a request arrives close to the event. Do not send detailed medical records in an initial message.

10. Safety concerns and lost property

During an event, raise an immediate concern with venue staff or security. For an emergency in the United States, call 911. Website messages and email are not emergency-response systems and may not be read immediately. For a later report, tell us the event, approximate time, location within the venue, and how we can contact you safely. Share only the information needed for the initial report; we can discuss an appropriate route for sensitive details.

For lost property, provide a general item description and the event date. Do not publish identifying details of a lost ID, bank card, or device on a public social-media thread. Items may be managed by the venue rather than OffTheGrid LA; we will identify the relevant contact when known. Reporting an item does not guarantee recovery, and ownership may need to be verified before it is released.

11. Privacy, communications, and image concerns

Send privacy questions, correction requests, or deletion requests to contact@offthegrid-la.com. Our Privacy Policy explains the information we handle, recipients, retention approach, and available choices. If you want to stop promotional emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us with the email address to remove. Necessary communications about an existing booking or support issue may still be sent for that purpose.

If you are concerned about a photograph or recording appearing on our channels, identify the event and the image or post, preferably with a link. Explain the concern without uploading additional unnecessary identity documents. We will review the request under the circumstances and applicable rights. The website contact process does not require a blanket consent to further marketing or publicity.

12. Official channels and payment security

Be cautious about unsolicited messages offering replacement tickets, refunds, or entry upgrades. Check that a payment link corresponds to the provider identified by the official event booking flow. If in doubt, verify the seller using the information supplied with the booking before paying.

Customer support will not ask you to disclose a banking password, complete card security code, or one-time authentication code by email. A legitimate refund should not require buying gift cards or sending an additional release payment. Report suspicious messages by writing to contact@offthegrid-la.com, keeping personal and financial information out of the initial report.

13. Complaints, business inquiries, and related policies

For a complaint, describe what happened, the relevant order or event, any previous support reference, and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the available information and respond through the appropriate channel. If the matter remains unresolved, you can explain what was missed and ask for further review. This process does not restrict access to competent authorities or legal remedies.

For venue, artist, supplier, or partnership inquiries, contact contact@offthegrid-la.com. Sending a proposal does not create an agreement or authorize public use of either party's name. Do not send confidential commercial material before confirming the appropriate recipient and arrangements.
